Anna Żurawska

Anna graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Białystok in 2010. From 2009 until 2010 she participated in the Student Mobolity Program MOST, the LLP Erasmus Programme at the University of Maribor in Slovenia and in AEGEE The Summer University Project in Agrigento, Sicily.

From 2014 to 2017 she had been completing her legal counsel training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw. She passed the Bar exam and acquired professional qualifications.

Anna started her professional career in 2014, when she joined Szatraj, Grabowska & Copija Law Firm. She prepares procedural documents and legal opinions, represents Clients before courts and government agencies, analyzes contracts, provides legal advice during contract negotiations and prepares documents in the area of company law.

Anna represents Clients in civil, criminal, economic, family and enforcement cases. She provides legal support for financial institutions, including banks, in their day-to-day operations (debt collection, debt enforcement, contract negotiations).

Her Clients include entities mediating in the process of receiving funds through the European funding programs (enforcement of payments under the signed agency agreements).

She prepares contracts for film producers, screenwriters and directors (including contracts concerning the copyright).

Anna handles the real estate enforcement proceedings and provides legal services for entities operating in the construction market (enforcement of receivables, execution of contracts, accidents at work, labor law). She files lawsuits in the e-court and provides legal services for companies specializing in mass debt recovery and companies acting as intermediary in indemnity cases (assistance during the pre-litigation and judicial proceedings involving the insurer, filing insurance claims and appeals against decisions, drafting and negotiating agreements) and assists homeowner associations with the enforcement of receivable debts).

Anna speaks fluent English.
