Karolina Ratyńska-Skwarło

Graduated from the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw with the leading field of human resource management and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. In 2018, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, defending her master thesis in civil proceedings. While studying, she participated in foreign exchange in Ukraine and Germany.

She is currently undergoing legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

She started her professional career by working at Kancelaria Prawnicza Maciej Panfil i Partnerzy Sp. k. as a Specialist for Enforcement Proceedings. She provided services to large business entities, i.e. telecommunications operators, banks and financial institutions in the field of debt recovery. Then, she started working at the Brudkowski & Partners Law Firm in an analogous position, which allowed her to gain extensive experience in conducting enforcement and court cases.

She has extensive experience in providing legal services to leading marketing agencies, issuing opinions on contracts, mainly in the area of copyright, creating lottery regulations and promotional competitions. Her experience also includes conducting court proceedings, mainly in the field of civil and commercial law, business insurance, as well as comprehensive enforcement proceedings.

Currently, at the Law Firm she provides legal services to clients in the field of civil law, including family and inheritance law, company and business law, social security law and labor law.

Her duties include preparing pleadings, information and legal opinions, analyzing and reviewing contracts, as well as corporate services for commercial law companies. She conducts court and enforcement cases.

Her interests include, in particular, civil law and proceedings, intellectual property law and labor law.

Privately, enthusiast of weekend travels and good cuisine.

She speaks English, including legal terminology.
