Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin in 1991.  After completing his judge training, he passed the judicial exam and the bar exam.

Since 1995 Tomasz had worked as a legal counsel for the Regional Branch of Kredyt Bank S.A. in Warsaw and Kredyt Bank S.A. Investment Brokerage House, currently known as KBC Securities N.V., Polish Branch.

His duties included providing comprehensive legal services in various areas of law concerned with the financial institutions’ affairs, legal representation, the establishment of collaterals for liabilities, the legal analysis of a property’s legal status and debt collection.

He had been gaining his professional experience in the legal department from 1994 to 1995 while working as a legal expert at the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. From 2005 until 2011 he  held the position of a Partner at Makarewicz, Miszczuk i Partnerzy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych based in Lublin, with the company office in Warsaw.

During that time Tomasz  provided legal services for economic entities, budget entities and natural persons, offered legal representation in economic and civil cases, worked on commercial companies’ cases, supervised debt collection proceedings and drafted contracts.

From 1997 until 2005 Tomasz conducted private practice in Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego.

In 2011 he joined Szatraj, Grabowska & Copija Law Firm. He currently  provides comprehensive legal services for economic entities, partnership companies, budget entities and natural persons. Tomasz conducts legal representation in economic and civil cases and in cases concerning commercial partnerships.

He performs supervision over debt collection proceedings, the establishment of collaterals for liabilities and the analysis of real property’s legal status. He specializes in the copyright law.
