We are currently looking for a lawyer.

Requirements:

higher legal education;
1st or 2nd year of attorney attorney-at-law trainee;
2 years of professional experience;
practical knowledge of civil, commercial, labor, administrative and criminal law;
experience in court proceedings;
fluent computer skills, MS Office package, LEX and LEGALIS programs;
knowledge of the English language;
independence and the ability to make decisions;
analytical thinking skills;
availability;
resistance to stress.

Responsibilities:

preparation and submission of conclusions on draft agreements;
preparation of draft pleadings and legal opinions;
replacement of lawyers in proceedings in courts, administrative bodies, the prosecutor’s office and other institutions in civil, administrative and criminal cases;
participation in meetings with clients.
